Deco Kitchen & Bath's Store Policy

Full deposit is required on special orders and there are NO returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed.

Natural woods may vary in texture, color and wood gain and it may exhibit subtle changes as the wood ages. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause the materials to vary from their original color and to warp, split, or crack. These variations are considered to be natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product.

All woods and granites are considered natural products, each piece is unique and have different natural shades and color variations. We are not guaranteed for any specific and particular shades and color variations. We highly recommend customers to examine all products carefully before leaving our store.

Customer must provide original paid receipts for pick-ups, returns, or exchange goods. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be completed within 30 days from the Invoice date and are subjected to a 15% re-stocking fees.

* Goods returned or exchanged via Credit Memo must be inspected and accepted by Deco warehouse prior to refund. *

Customers must pick up the paid goods within 30 days of the invoice date! Deco is not responsible for safekeeping. Customers should fully inspect all merchandise upon acquisition of goods. Natural shading and design variances do occur in merchandise, which results in contrasting appearances. Pricing on all items are subject to change and product discontinuations can occur without prior notice.

* ONCE INSTALLED, THERE IS NO RETURN PERMITTED! ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

All returned checks subject to $25 processing fee.
